Our A-frame story started back in 2021, when our kids were still little and life felt full in that sweet, chaotic kind of way. This little corner of the mountains already held a special place in our hearts, Marlena actually lived in this very neighborhood when she was born, so when we stumbled across this A-frame, it felt like more than coincidence. It felt meant to be.

Now, it wasn’t exactly love at first inspection 😂 The journey to owning it was a bit of a roller coaster (hello, septic issues that the seller wouldn’t fix 🙃), but something about this place just wouldn’t let us walk away. So… we took the leap, and we’re so glad we did.
Over the years, this cabin has grown right alongside our family. We’ve poured so much love into it, adding a hot tub for snowy nights under the stars, renovating the kitchen for slow mornings and family meals, painting, updating floors, building new decks, and even adding our favorite feature… the stargazing net ✨
It’s been a place of laughter, connection, and so many sweet memories with our kids. And one of the best parts? Getting to share it with others. Whether it’s your first time in the mountains or your hundredth, we hope you feel the same magic here that we did from the very beginning 🤍
